This programme is for people who are
done with just coping

Weekly therapy helps. But for some people, the depth of exhaustion they are carrying requires something more structured, more sustained and more specifically built for them.

If you are a highly sensitive person who has been managing your overwhelm for years, who has perhaps tried therapy before and found it helpful but not quite enough, this programme goes deeper. Twelve weeks is long enough to change patterns, not just understand them.

This is for people who are ready to stop surviving and start understanding how to build a life that actually works for the nervous system they have.

You might be ready for this if you recognise these
You have been exhausted for so long you cannot remember what it felt like not to be
You function well on the outside but are running on empty on the inside
You have tried managing your anxiety and it helps temporarily but the same patterns keep returning
You feel everything so deeply that ordinary life takes more out of you than it seems to for other people
You want real, lasting change, not just tools to help you get through the week
You are ready to commit to twelve weeks of focused work
What makes this different

Support that does not stop
when the session ends

Most therapy works like this: you have a session, you leave with something to think about, and then you are on your own until the following week. For highly sensitive people, that gap is where things can unravel.

This programme is different. Between-session support is included as a core part of the programme, not an add-on. Once per week, you can send one email or voice note and receive a focused response within 48 hours, Monday to Thursday. If something difficult happens between sessions, you do not have to sit with it alone until your next appointment.

This is one of the few therapy programmes in the UK that builds in this level of continuity, and it is specifically designed for how HSPs process and integrate change. Real transformation does not happen only in 50-minute windows. It happens in the moments between them.

One check-in per week via email
Send one email between sessions when something comes up. You will receive a focused, thoughtful response within 48 hours, Monday to Thursday.
🎙
Or send a voice note instead
Sometimes it is easier to speak than to write. Your weekly check-in can be a voice note rather than an email. Same 48-hour response window, Monday to Thursday.
📋
Weekly tools and reflections
Practical resources tailored to where you are in the programme. Journaling prompts, nervous system tools and grounding practices to use between sessions.
Very few therapists in the UK offer this level of between-session continuity. It is included in this programme because for sensitive nervous systems, the work that happens between sessions is as important as the work that happens in them.

The three phases of
the programme

Twelve weeks divided into three distinct phases, each building on the last. This is not a generic protocol. The specific focus of each phase is adapted to you in the first session.

Phase one
Weeks 1 to 4
Understanding and clarity
We establish what is actually driving your exhaustion, not just manage the surface symptoms. You leave this phase understanding your nervous system in a way you likely never have before.
Mapping your specific sensitivity patterns
Identifying the root drivers of your burnout
Building your personalised therapeutic roadmap
First nervous system regulation tools
Phase two
Weeks 5 to 9
Patterns and change
The core work of the programme. We go into the patterns that are keeping you stuck, whether that is people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional absorption or something else specific to you.
Breaking the cycles that keep rebuilding your burnout
Rebuilding boundaries from the inside out
Shifting the relationship with your inner critic
Building emotional resilience that actually holds
Phase three
Weeks 10 to 12
Integration and forward
We consolidate what has changed, plan for how to sustain it, and build a clear picture of what life looks like when you are living in a way that works for how you are wired.
Consolidating new patterns and self-understanding
Planning for difficult seasons ahead
Building a sustainable long-term toolkit
Closing the programme with clarity and confidence

What makes this programme
genuinely different

Built for sensitive nervous systems, not adapted from generic CBT
Standard CBT was not designed with HSPs in mind. This programme uses CBT as the foundation but applies it specifically to how sensitive nervous systems process, respond and change.
Between-session support included as standard
One email or voice note check-in per week, responded to within 48 hours Monday to Thursday. You are not alone with difficult material for a week at a time. Very few UK therapists offer this as part of a programme.
12 weeks is long enough to change patterns, not just understand them
Real change in long-held patterns takes sustained work. Six sessions is often enough to understand what is happening. Twelve sessions is enough to actually shift it.
BABCP accreditation, the highest CBT standard in the UK
Most therapists calling themselves CBT therapists are not BABCP accredited. BABCP accreditation requires rigorous training, supervised practice and ongoing professional development.

You saved my life. I could not have got to this point without your help. I feel so much stronger and calmer. I did not know it was possible to feel this way.

Before you apply

How is this different from your private weekly sessions?
Weekly private sessions are open-ended and self-directed. This programme has a defined structure, a clear three-phase roadmap, and includes between-session support as standard. It is designed for people who want a more committed, intensive path through burnout recovery rather than ongoing open-ended therapy.
Do I need to know if I am an HSP to join?
No. If the description on this page resonates, that is enough. You do not need a label to benefit from therapy that is built for people who feel the world more deeply than most.
What does between-session support actually look like?
Between sessions, you have one check-in per week via email or voice note. I respond within 48 hours, Monday to Thursday. This gives you a focused moment of support when something comes up that cannot wait until your next session. It is not unlimited access or crisis support, but it is real, personal continuity between sessions that very few therapists in the UK offer as standard.
What if I am not ready to commit to 12 weeks?
Start with a free 20-minute consultation call and we can talk through whether this programme or individual private sessions are the right fit for where you are right now. There is no pressure either way.
Is this available if I am based outside the UK?
Yes. Sessions are fully online and I work with clients across the UK, Europe and worldwide. Please note that due to insurance, I am unable to offer therapy to clients based in the USA or Canada.
What if I am in crisis or need urgent support?
This programme is designed for people who are exhausted and burnt out but not in active crisis. If you are currently experiencing thoughts of self-harm or need urgent mental health support, please contact your GP or call 116 123 (Samaritans, free, 24 hours).
