What a session actually
feels like

The first thing most clients notice is that the pace is different. There is no rush to get through a checklist or hit a predefined milestone. We work at the speed your nervous system actually needs, which is often slower and more thorough than standard therapy.

In a session, we might explore a pattern that keeps showing up for you, work through a specific situation that happened that week, or spend time understanding why your body and mind respond the way they do. There is no wrong thing to bring.

Most clients tell me that by the third or fourth session they start to feel something shift. Not because the world has changed, but because they are starting to understand themselves in a way they never quite have before.

Sessions are online, via secure video call. You can be anywhere in the UK, Europe or worldwide. All you need is a private space and 50 minutes.

Your first session is about understanding what's actually going on for you and what you most want to change. No forms, no tick-boxes. Just a real conversation.

Together we create a focused plan that reflects how your nervous system works, not a generic protocol. This is CBT adapted for you specifically.

Sessions are structured but never rushed. If something needs more time, we take more time. Sensitive nervous systems do not benefit from being pushed through a process.
