Getting in touch with a therapist for the first time can feel bigger than it should. If you are someone who processes things deeply, you have probably been thinking about this for a while. You do not need to have it all figured out before you reach out.

The free consultation call is not a therapy session. It is a 15-minute conversation to find out if we are a good fit, answer any questions you have, and talk through what working together might look like. There is no pressure to commit to anything.

If you would rather send a message first, that is completely fine too. Sometimes it is easier to write it down before you are ready to speak. I respond to all enquiries within 48 hours, Monday to Thursday.
